510 days ago, this campaign was launched to bring real legislative leadership in Sacramento to our District. We are now down to the final week. This is my final pitch of the final inning of a long season. ⚾️

Thanks to the amazing contributors, volunteers and activists in our communities, our message of unity has been heard. If elected, I am ready:

to fight to deliver single-payer healthcare to all Californians,

to fight for our public schools and the teachers and employees that deliver education to our kids,

to fight for our planet’s future by ending our dependence on fossil fuels and building a sustainable clean energy economy,

to fight for affordable housing that delivers smart growth solutions to traffic mitigation and homelessness, and,

to fight for campaign finance reform and election integrity, the heart of our democracy.

These are big ideas for an age of new governance. But we deserve it, and more. Let’s finish strong. Let’s end the divisions and divisive politics of our time and march forward together as one District family. Let’s all be winners on November 6th.

Net Neutrality is passed! SB822 and SB460 together protect consumers by keeping the internet free from selling of access to content. This is a terrific outcome for California!

SB 100 (De Leon) passes in the Assembly. We are on the fast track to 100% renewable clean energy. Great work.

My opponent takes money from fossil fuel and voted NO to clean energy goals. #WheresWaldron

AB 2103 (Gloria) mandates a minimum of eight hours of training and live-fire shooting exercises to obtain a concealed carry permit in California. Even car drivers must show minimum training and skills before being licensed. No leader who cares about public safety and common sense laws supporting gun ownership rights would vote against this one; right?

Marie Waldron voted No. Time for her to go.

Ultimately, we must improve our Election Process by passing legislation that adopts paper ballots, digital imaging backup, and a robust risk limiting audit.

California leads.

I support SB822 and SB460 which together will protect our internet from corporate greed and keep net neutrality as a California policy. Support my candidacy for State Assembly so I can protect net neutrality in California.

‪ There is no end to the madness.

Ending the waiver on the Clean Air Act will reverse the progress California has made on reducing carbon emissions, let alone endanger the health of those with breathing impairments. We will fight these ridiculous actions. #AreYouReady?
